1. Website and acceptance

These terms apply to use of the GMC TECH website and purchases made through it. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to the terms shown at the time of purchase. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

We aim to describe products and display photos, specifications, prices and availability accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by screen or manufacturer updates. Product images are illustrative unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and stock may change; the price confirmed at checkout applies to an accepted order.

3. Orders and payment

An order request is not necessarily accepted until we confirm it. We may contact you to verify details or cancel an order where a listing error, stock issue, suspected fraud or other valid reason applies, subject to applicable law. Payment is processed through the methods enabled at checkout. Never send payment-card PINs or passwords to customer support.

4. Delivery

Delivery availability, fees and estimated timelines should be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier, weather, address or other circumstances. Please provide accurate delivery details and check the parcel on arrival.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Return, exchange, refund and warranty eligibility depends on the product listing, manufacturer terms and applicable law. Review our Shipping & Returns page and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect or faulty. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory right provided by law.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or infringe third-party rights. Website text, branding and original design elements are protected to the extent permitted by law. Product names and trademarks may belong to their respective owners.

7. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse or temporary website interruption. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update website content and terms; the version applicable to an order is the version in force when the order is accepted.
